Entity resolution + org graph
How we stitch the prime-sub-program ownership graph.
What it measures
The directed graph connecting a prime firm, its sub-tier suppliers, its parent ownership, its CAGE codes, and its active contract vehicles — maintained across 1.1M+ federally-registered entities.
Inputs
- Federal entity registry
- UEI, CAGE, DUNS legacy, parent references, NAICS self-assertions.
- Federal contract awards feed
- Prime ↔ sub relationships derived from obligation records.
- M&A filings / press releases
- Ownership changes, roll-ups, carve-outs.
- State corporate registries
- Officers, registered agents, address matching.
Output shape
A queryable graph: given any UEI you can pull parent, subsidiaries, recent sub-contracts, active programs, and known adjacencies. Surfaced on the /entity/[uei] product page.
Why it is shaped this way
Most tools stop at a single record. The graph is what makes prime / sub / parent investigations solvable in minutes rather than a week of phone calls.

What we deliberately do not publish
The weights, coefficient tables, normalization cutoffs, and the specific transformation logic that turns the inputs above into a 0–100 score are proprietary to ENKARI LLC. The authenticated product exposes per-state component breakdowns, the source rows backing each component, and the full backtested trend series.
