Why this is a good honesty test

What you can play with: the seven sub-index weights and the resulting top-10 ranking across the 15 jurisdictions in this preview.
What stays server-side: the actual production weights. Disclosing them would let competitors reverse-engineer the methodology and would pressure us to game the inputs to match the published weighting. Both are bad outcomes.
What you learn: the same data can produce very different rankings depending on whose weighting you trust. That uncertainty is honest; any A&D index that claims a single right answer is selling something.
