By accessing THALRIK, you agree to these terms. THALRIK is operated by ENKARI LLC. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
THALRIK provides aerospace and defense intelligence infrastructure, including federal contract tracking, legislative monitoring, workforce analytics, space domain awareness, AI-powered analysis, CRM, and secure communications. Data is sourced from public federal APIs and proprietary analysis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended. Organization administrators manage access and permissions for their team. API keys must be kept confidential and rotated if compromised.
You may not: reverse engineer proprietary indices, scoring algorithms, prompt chains, normalization logic, entity-resolution methods, or workflow rules; exceed API rate limits; use automated scraping beyond your plan's API allocation; benchmark or probe the service to reconstruct hidden scoring or data-fusion logic; build a substitute product, browser extension, wrapper, dataset, or competitive monitoring service from THALRIK outputs; redistribute raw federal data obtained through THALRIK at scale when the same data could be obtained directly from source agencies; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Federal data displayed on THALRIK is sourced from public government APIs and is in the public domain. THALRIK's proprietary value - composite indices, AI analysis, entity resolution graphs, normalized schemas, prompt orchestration, ranking systems, watchlists, and derived intelligence outputs - is licensed, not sold. API & Data Licensing tier terms are individually negotiated. Raw data resale, output harvesting for model training, and reuse of THALRIK-derived outputs to power a competing workflow, benchmark, or commercial intelligence service are not permitted under any tier.
E2EE messaging threads are encrypted client-side. THALRIK cannot decrypt or access E2EE message content. You are responsible for your encryption keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered. Compliance holds on E2EE threads capture metadata (participants, timestamps) but not message content. Server-encrypted threads can be searched, exported, and held for compliance.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually per your plan. Enterprise and Government tiers require annual contracts. Overages (AI tokens, API calls) are billed at published rates. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
Government & Defense and API tiers include uptime SLA guarantees (99.9% and 99.99% respectively). SLA credits are applied as account credits, not cash refunds. Planned maintenance windows are excluded. SLA terms are detailed in your enterprise agreement.
THALRIK provides intelligence and analysis tools. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of federal data sourced from third-party government APIs. Investment, procurement, and policy decisions should be verified independently. THALRIK's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
