Account information: Name, email address, organization, job title provided during registration.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and API calls for analytics and product improvement.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
We use your data to provide the intelligence platform, process payments, send service notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell your data. Usage analytics are aggregated and anonymized.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). PII fields use application-level field encryption with key rotation. End-to-end encrypted messages are stored as opaque ciphertext that THALRIK cannot decrypt. See our Security page for details.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Compliance-held messages are retained per your organization's retention policy. Server-encrypted messages can be exported; E2EE messages cannot be recovered if encryption keys are lost.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Railway for infrastructure hosting, and Upstash for caching. Each processes data per their own privacy policies. Federal data displayed on the platform is sourced from public government systems and authoritative public datasets.
